HJ:s El & Maskinservice becomes part of the Instalco company Bogesunds El & Tele

The Instalco company Bogesunds El & Tele in Ulricehamn broadens its offering through the acquisition of the business in HJ:s El & Maskinservice and thereby strengthens its position in Borås and the surrounding area.

Bogesunds El & Tele was founded in 2000 and became part of Instalco in 2019. The company has its home base in Ulricehamn, but the work is also carried out in other locations in Sweden, for example in Stockholm, Malmö, Gothenburg, Borås, Jönköping. The main customers are construction companies. In addition to classic electrical installations in homes, the company has a service portfolio that includes fiber installations, charging stations and solar panel installations.

HJ:s El & Maskinservice AB, with a history that stretches back to 1994, has established itself as an expert in electrical and machine service for private individuals, companies and small industries.

Bogesunds El & Tele acquires HJ:s El & Maskinservice AB through a transfer of assets. HJ:s has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 5.5 million.
